About BRI
I am a Florida native and a retired athlete who’s earned multiple state and national championship titles. I come from a background that is hard working, resilient, and competitive. I have always been someone who thrives when challenges arise and have now transferred my drive and motivation into the business sector.
In my competitive nature, I jump started my professional career working as an Executive Assistant to Adrian Crawford. I transitioned from this role into my current role as Lead Integrator of New Rules Collective shortly after and had the privilege of being a part of the founding team of our firm. Now, I utilize my skills to integrate the vision of Adrian, our Lead Visionary, into the business, oversee the development of our staff, and ensure the work conducted by our consultants remains excellent.
I have a deep desire and passion to provide insight to leadership within the millennial and generation Z spheres, paving the way for young leaders to skillfully operate at high levels.
