About JAKE
I am an Advisor of New Rules Collective. I earned my B.S. degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science and Business from Florida State University, and my J.D. from The FSU College of Law. As a shareholder with WilliamsGautier Law, I specialize in Credit Union law and commercial real estate transactions/finance, and have represented businesses (for-profit and nonprofit) in business organization, transactional and governance matters, including start-ups, mergers and acquisitions.
I have previously served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Florida State University, and am currently a co-founder of Domi Station, Tallahassee’s first community co-working space and business incubator.
I am also a co-founder/co-owner of ‘Happy Motoring’ (a bar/food truck hub located in a repurposed 1950’s gas station), a real estate developer/investor (residential and commercial). I spend as much free time as possible chasing around my almost 3-year old, Konrad.
